Deposit Requirements: • A $26 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Of this, $25 will be applied toward your service, and a $1 processing fee is included. Please note that without a deposit, no appointment can be confirmed. Punctuality Policy: • I allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. I kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure the best service. Service Guidelines: • I am happy to work over existing sets from other salons or technicians. However, depending on the condition of your nails, I may recommend scheduling a soak-off in advance. Please note that all soak-offs must be booked as a separate service. Pricing and Add-Ons: • My base service prices do not include designs. Additional design work or add-ons can be requested at the time of service for an extra cost. I encourage you to read the service descriptions thoroughly and bring any inspiration photos to help me achieve your desired look. Loyalty and Rebooking: • If you rebook your next appointment at the time of your visit, your deposit will roll over to your next appointment. This way, you pay for your full service the day of, and your next deposit is already covered. Please note that if you cancel, the deposit is forfeited. Payment Options: • I accept cash or the card you have on file. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment! Your deposit is transferable ONCE when rescheduling! NO SHOW NO CALL WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE! IF THE CARD DECLINES YOU WILL BE BANNED!
